Upgraded angular and added app.module file #117

This closes #114, and prepares #88.

app.module.ts should be in app/

Also, have you ran the app and check that this did not break anything?

Yes, I tested this and the previous version and they both ran the same. Although it should be noted that I'm getting errors such as graphs not displaying or some repo's not being cloned, but these errors are in both of the versions.
