Resolves #66. Autohides unnecessary scrollbar from footer.

Agree with @rocketBANG regarding the removal of 'overflow-y: scroll' for the footer. Probably change it to 'overflow-y: auto'

'overflow-y: auto' looks good to me. So should changes to styles.css be mirrored in the styles.scss? Or are we going to remove the .scss files in another issue? @dylanfu @qhen143
