[#33] Added git init setup functionality

Resolves issue #33.

Creates .git, .gitignore, README.md in specified directory
Linked repository.service to app.component
Create new createRepo function in repository.service to achieve the functionality

To manually test:

Enter a repo name and select a directory (the path preset is exactly the same as clone input fields)
Check if files are created in specified folder. Will create an issue for adding unit tests for this functionality.

NOTE:

Added new package fs-extra: has extra functionality over default file system
Imported updateModalText from repo.ts for now, should be removed when this is refactored into repository.service
Initialised repository will not load in the main panel, as refreshAll and refreshRepo is not hooked up/refactored from repo.ts.
