Removed sass files as they are no longer used. Keeping them would cause confusion for newcomers that are unaware of updated build process.
Node-sass@3.7.0 removed from package.json as compiling Sass is no longer needed.
Removed Sass description from README to reflect this change.
Testing:
To manually test, compile using npm run compile then npm start to run the application.
Design of application should not differ from previous builds.
