Modified files disappear after a commit #236

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Sign in and open a repo
  2. Have at least 2 modified files
  3. Commit 1 of the files

Before committing: image

After Committing: image

If there is more than 1 modified file and you do not commit all of them, it should still display the uncommitted modified files.

Note: if the app is restarted, the modified files show up in the file panel as usual.
