Clicking on any of the items in 'Help' in the menu bar redirects to wrong page #264

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the help button in the menu panel.
  2. Click on 'Report Bugs or New Features'.
  3. This does not redirect to the current issues page of the Repository but rather the older GitHub repo as shown in the image below.

I think that this is intentional as our repository is a private one and so it should redirect the user to the public VisualGit_SE701 repository
