Resolves #256.
Issue #266 somewhat overlaps this issue, so I added padding to deal with footer problem in this specific issue. Padding could be removed after the #266 has been fixed, but shouldn't create any issues if not.
To test:
Resize window to be very small and scroll around the open repo page.
