HTML templates #83

HTML templates are currently inline text in the component. Changing this so that the template is in a seperate html file and packaging the component together for cohesion

Could you please elaborate on the exact structure you're proposing?

Components will be repackaged in a package with the component name. The package will contain the .html template, a .css if applicable and the .ts file
