Fix Pulling With Conflict Message #107

Now when clicking a pull and if there is a conflict, an alerting text will show "Conflicts exists! Please check files list on right side and solve conflicts before you commit again!" , it is better to mention which files result in these conflicts, so that it may help the coder to find these conflict files faster.
