Add user help function directly to app #124

Currently the only information for how to use the app is stored in the readme. This must be navigated to and opened manually. It would be much easier for new users if there was a help or information button in the app that explained the basic functions of visual git. This could be a simple link to the readme but would be much more effective if it was a structured explanation of each function as the current readme is very sparse with information. This would also be useful for allowing future contributors to quickly understand the intended functionality and see what is broken or needs to be added without having to make assumptions about functionality.
