Interface not updating when a file has been added then deleted before being committed #128

When a new file has been added, but not yet committed, and then it is deleted, the interface still shows that the file has been added.

To reproduce -

  1. Open the repo screenshot3

Without any changes to the repo, the left column will appear like this screenshot4

  1. Add a new file to the repo screenshot5

The left column should now show this change screenshot6

  1. Delete the file without committing the change The left column still appears the same as before, even though the file has been deleted but it should only show modified files/changes screenshot7
