Remember user preference in color setting #131

Feature Request: When a user changes the color setting, the change is applied only before the application is closed. Next time when the user opens the application, the color setting will come back to default. The system should remember user's color setting preferences and keep them every time the user come back to the application, so that the application can be more user-friendly.

Size estimate: small Because it's similar to #23 but no security issue should be taken into account, the main work might be learning about how to store information locally in Electron @softeng-701 for review
