File contents editable without being authenticated when "Continue without Sign In"

Scenario

1. "Continue without Sign In"
2. Open a repository by clicking on the "+" link from the homepage.
3. After opening the repository, you can make changes to any file and the same file appears on the file Change Panel.

Expected Behavior -

1. Without Logging in to the application, you must not be able to edit a file and click on the commit. 2.Although on commit, the application responds with "Login Error", one should not be able to view the contents of the file and save the changes.

Actual Behavior -

1. Able to edit a file in the repository and save the changes.

Resolution -

• Either the commit functionality should be disabled or One should be reported with a message "Please Sign In to make changes" when attempting to change the contents of a file from the repository.
