Redirect home page #85

Closes issue #72

After investigating the code, this pull request has implemented the simple changes required to direct the user to the "Open/Clone Repo" page regardless of whether the user has signed in or continued without signing in.

Currently, it does not redirect to the "Open/Clone Repo" page when re-signing. However, this should be fixed when issue #7 is closed.
