Load extensions from YASHA_EXTENSIONS environment variable #27

Sometimes you may like to have a common extensions over multiple templates, e.g. for the sake of custom parser.

export YASHA_EXTENSIONS=$HOME/.yasha/extensions.py
yasha -o output.txt template.j2
