Nordvpn switcher not working when killswitch is enabled #20

When having the killswitch enabled (nordvpn set killswitch on), the switcher will not start. This is probably due to the fact that it cannot get it's public ip.

Hi JaySea. Right, that makes sense. I'm putting this on the 'nice to have' list and I'll try to resolve this in a future version of the package, in addition to a couple of other additional fixes. Thanks for reporting this issue!
