Module location #1

3rd party modules usually go into /sites/all/modules/contrib or /sites/all/modules/custom. Things in /profiles/apigee/... are usually reserved for 'official' extensions and are shipped with dev portal releases. Is there a requirement that the module needs to be created under /profiles/apigee? If not, README should probably recommend adding this to /sites/all/modules/custom (since this is a 'kbouwmee' module and not an 'apigee' module)

Thanks for this one. I guess there is no requirement to have the module under profiles. I have made changes to the README.
