Review project to prepare for 0.2.0 release.

Do all tests run?
Are included features tested and documented?
Are relevant issues resolved?
Is documentation up-to-date?
Are development process files up-to-date?
Is code cleanly formatted?
Does all public-facing material look good?

Tag, package, and upload release before closing this issue.

Development process files are not up-to-date. In particular, the list of contributors needs to be updated and I also think it should move to the root directory.
