Restriction on using GMRF with unlinked trees #301

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
If multiple data partitions are loaded and are given unlinked trees, and
unlinked tree priors, GMRF
(skyride) priors are not allowed (a dialog box appears when generate is fired).
I can't see any reason
why multiple independent skyrides can't be allowed if the trees are unlinked
(skyline plots are
allowed).

GMRF version 1 does not handle multiple trees. Marc Suchard and student are
implementing multi-loci GMRF, but not available yet.

Actually - I don't mean multi-loci GMRF but rather a separate GMRF for each
tree.
