Guess trait values is available even when no trait defined. #335

The guess traits button is available even if no traits have been defined or 
selected in the left hand table. This button is for auto generating the values 
so should be disabled until a trait is selected in the left hand table.

If no trait, it will invoke "Create a new trait" dialog
