Like some Fritz users know, you can get the advanced support data that AVM uses the troubleshoot by going to Help and Info > FRITZ!Box support > Save Support Information > Advanced Support Information > Save Support Information (button press)
This log may be helpful for a number of reasons. For one it’s the only way to get the cmlog (docsis cable log), something that can’t be accessed in the GUI (aside from beta versions).
