Some contributors from the translations sheet are missing in the sheet of person contributors #248

Not all contributors mentioned in the translation sheet can be found in the contributor sheet. According to the translation sheet they have a BELTRANS identifier, so data about them exist but seems to be filtered out by accident during the creation of the person contributors sheet.

The contributor list is okay. Apparently there was an active Filter in the Excel sheet and therefore the CSV export we used contained only a selection of contributors.
