Need better coverage of R Markdown v2.

My main example wasn't working from within RStudio; needed to add library(knitr) before use of opts_chunk$set. (Also need to link to a different version of my css file.)

new yaml header (“Output options”)
pandoc and rmarkdown package outside of RStudio (vs the old markdown package)

Largely done; should add more about templates, or at least point to the discussion at the rstudio site.
