The start of support for 8-way IRIP designs #22

I'd like to add to R/qtl support for the 8-way IRIP design. For my purposes genotype probability estimation is most important, but I would be willing to add more broad support. If the changes are not acceptable as they are, I'd be happy to work on them some more.

Thanks! Merged into devel. I made it more difficult by having changed the indentation in *all of the files in R/ and src/, but I was able to get it done.
