Removed plot.errorlod, plot.geno, plot.info, plot.missing, plot.pheno, plot.pxg, plot.rf

New methods for submitting to CRAN make it unworkable to continue to have these functions. All have had alternative names for some time.
Use the following to continue to use the old names (for example, in old scripts)
