iplotScantwo: if multiple heatmaps within Rmd, the menus don't work correctly #20

The drop-down menus for selecting the LOD scores in the upper and lower triangles are not properly tied to the corresponding scantwo heatmap. This shows up when there are multiple iplotScantwo (or iplotRF) charts within an R Markdown document, such as in Rmdtest.Rmd.

iplotMap is similarly messed up. If there are two interactive genetic maps in an R Markdown document, the search boxes won't work properly (and the tools tips don't work either).
