Search phrase instead of just words #17

Please, when the user searches for a quoted expression, treat it as a
phrase, not a series of words. In example, if I search for "builtin
command", I want just that (or maybe similar matchss), not: builtin OR command.

[I don't know how to open a feature request instead of a bug report.]

I am marking this Issue as a duplicate of Issue 18 as I believe that a solution 
for
one of them would provide a solution for both.
