[Upd] Remove explicit ports in docker-compose file

I removed the ports, it is useful only for local testing (we will do this differently later on). On the other hand it causes big issues when deploying to kbss server (ports are already bound)

@kostobog there is nginx/nginx.conf which define alternative ways how to get to the services.

@Matthew-Kulich will revise them if they works and let us know (I assume he is already working on that).
