Shell scripts are now executable from URL in annotator (e.g. https://kbss.felk.cvut.cz/19msmt-demo/annotator/hello-world.sh)

Webhook is also added https://github.com/kbss-cvut/19msmt-distribution/settings/hooks/365594010
