Some phase plans start and end dates are incorrect #144

In https://kbss.felk.cvut.cz/csat/plan-manager/PH-XRY%2FH-22%20HMV-10, phase plan with title "Unknown" is too long (see screenshot)

This issue is not reproducible, also it does not occur often but it is possible that it will. To be certain that the issue is resolved test the planning result for all available work packages. I suggest to lower the priority to 2/5. @blcham @LaChope

This issue can be closed as the problem did not occur for a several months.
