We should separate entities from csat-maintenance ontology to csat-maintenance-specific ontology.
To keep backward compatibility, we should:
1) keep same URIs of all owl entities
2) import csat-maintenance from csat-maintenance-specific ontology
3) refactor where it might cause an issue (csat planning, s-pipes scripts)
