[Fix] Fix inconsistency in usage of typed literals #198

As stated in https://github.com/kbss-cvut/csat-planning/issues/152 some literals were using xsd:double and other xsd:decimal.

At the end it produces same output as you stated so there was no need to fix it (you stated it in the issue, but i did not understand well).
