There are missing process entities and link between them #52

  1. In the Dozor nad provozovateli letist there are missing processes like Audit,Ohlasena kontrola, Neohlasena kontrola, Nápravná opatření nálezu 1. stupně and Nápravná opatření nálezu 1. stupně.

  2. Katerorizace neshod does not have parent. It should be connected to Vytvoreni zaverecneho protokolu z auditu

  1. Tasks with names "Ohlasena kontrola" and "Neohlasena kontrola" were not converted, since they have unconverable type "Task", which is an abstract task. The converter can only work with Human tasks (i.e. tasks performed by some actors) and Call activities (i.e. complex tasks with a reference to another process). The prepared fix has defined conversion in the bpmn -> bbo stage of the abstract tasks (bpmn Task to bbo http://BPMNbasedOntology#Task). The Other activities, such as "Audit", "Nápravná opatření nálezu 1. stupně" and "Nápravná opatření nálezu 1. stupně" were probably fixed in the issue #49, since it concerns call activities and the problem, related to those particular elements, already can not be reproduced.

  2. The missing connection between activity and the corresponding parent pool was caused by a bug in the bpmn -> bbo conversion stage. The fix is prepared in the fix/52-missing_flow_elements branch
