Implement new tree component based system editor, make the diagram based system editor as alternative visualization option. #20

Acceptance criteria

when opening a system the user should see the tree based system editor and an option to change the diagram based editor.
the tree visualizes the component partonomy
components which are parts of the same whole should be ordered alphabetically
on component edit use the same component editor widget used in the diagram based editor

The work in progress commit is 04f594a5f911ae2dab6101fde774e1a54b7c6e38 in branch feature/system-tree-editor. Note that the branch is outdated and needs to be merged with main at some point. @blcham

@kostobog Not sure now because I see something different in jakubgruber repository. So I ask explicitly -- does this pull request make sense as WIP of this issue? https://github.com/kbss-cvut/fta-fmea-ui/pull/102

@kostobog if you confirm @cisar2218 will start work on it.

@blcham The commit 04f594a5f911ae2dab6101fde774e1a54b7c6e38 is newer than e8e63f936e8e601d5ef11fe6cada2b62173ae4e3. Both commits are in this repo in the branch feature/system-tree-editor.

Regarding #102 I am not sure what is the goal. If the goal is @cisar2218 to work on this pull request, implement the tree component and then merge it into main, than it makes sense. If the goal is to merge it in main as it is does not make sense. The branch feature/system-tree-editor is not ready to be merged with main, e.g. it has has conflicts with main and the tree component is not work properly.
