Consider using SHACL for validation of examples

Motivation: it is very complicated to create examples for FTA/FMEA tool. If it would be simple way to validate it according to SHACL rules generated from Java files it would help a lot.

• [x] find a way how hard it would be to validate against SHACL rules

How hard is to validate with shapes?

Simple answer: easy.

• info about SHACL validation.
• SHACL rules can be executed alternatively:
  • on each SPARQL INSERT
  • explicitly against
  • rules stored in a repository, see section "Bulk validation with another repository" e.g. POST /rest/repositories/{dataRepositoryID}/validate/repository/{shapesRepositoryID}
  • specific files, see section "Bulk validation with a file" e.g. POST /rest/repositories/{repositoryID}/validate/file
• debugging: there are a lot of options to see output of the validation

  • while creating examples:
  • if creating in the workbench -- use validation of whole repository
  • if creating in ttl files there are 2 alternative options:
    • validate through script and file with SHACL rules
    • through workbench with repository SHACL rules -- map file through docker volume mapping to import file directory and reimport the graph from workbench UI
  • while modifying SHAPE rules:
  • validate through script
  • using workbench I can edit shape and deploy shape in separate graph then reimport data (both using "Import snippet"
