Refactor traversal of questions #129

@LaChope Note:

  1. this PR wants to merge into branch basic-validation
  2. when going over this PR it is more convenient going over individual commits
  3. although I implemented it here, most of the code should be rather moved to SForms lib
  4. I never tested the code, so most likely, there will be a lot of issues with it (I just wanted to demonstrate the idea)
