Make "name" field of record optional

So to implement, do alternatively:

(preferred) make it optional and do not disable Save button + on the list of record new entered name should occur
hide the field and do not disable Save button

Notes from @kostobog : The local name field is now optional but it is still defined in the RequiredAttributes.js file.
