Refactor to typescript #97

@palagdan i suggest to do this incrementally so this issue should implement only some sample set of typescript files. Thus PR of this issues would contain:

proper configuration to support typescript
some small set of files that would be transformed to typescript

I am suggesting it because I am afraid it would be too big task to do (more than 15h of work) which I would not like to wait for, nor review.
