Create initial orchestration of all services

• docker-compose should include:

  • SPipes from bpmn-converter-examples (https://github.com/kbss-cvut/19msmt-distribution/blob/master/docker-compose.yml) (For package visibility set up see github help pages)
  • stamp-manager
  • stamp-viewer
  • nginx
  • local graphdb

• enviroment variables:

  • 2 links to graphdb repositories for occurrence data and stamp data (we will use external graphdb on the production)

A/C:

• all services are available using nginx service

yes similar way as csat-planning, local graphdb but we will not use it in production
