Statistics count vocabulary snapshots #444

The term count dashboard chart counts also terms that are in snapshots of vocabularies. This is incorrect, only current versions of vocabularies should be taken into account.

Note that statistics (vocabulary count, term count, term types) likely suffer from the same issue.
