Add ability to manually cycle through artwork and/or pause slideshow #101

I love the way this skin displays artwork, but there are times when I'd like to see a specific piece (e.g. the booklet page about the current track) and I have to wait for it to cycle around, and then it's only up for 30s. The cycling is great for albums with just a few bits of artwork (e.g. front, back, tray and cd) but some of my albums have 20+ pages of booklet scans and it kind of breaks down at that point.

Another possible solution would be some method of setting a preferred artwork for a track, e.g. the relevant booklet page. Then it could cycle between the main artwork and that page, rather than all pages? Or linger longer on the main artwork and that page than the rest?

Not gonna come in v2.0.3 which should be releasing soon, but I have plans to allow you to manually cycle through artwork.
