When selecting a unit, it would be helpful to have the option to see the attack ranges of all units from different countries that can attack it (e.g., Infantry wouldn't show up when selecting a Fighter), to quickly know which spots are safe to move to. If that would be too complex to implement, then seeing the attack ranges of all units from different countries than the currently selected unit would also be nice.

Thanks for the feature idea, I agree that this sounds nice to have :)

No promises on any implementation timeline -- awbw_enhancements is in more of a "maintenance mode" when I'm not actively playing AWBW -- but maybe I'll look into it next time I'm in the mood for feature development.
