Add generator for Elden Ring #275

Add generator for Elden Ring as requested in #260

There is a tournament using this set of goals in early March.

I do apologise for raising this without testing, but I wasn't sure how to run the tests for a new generator.

Please let me know if there is anything else that I need to do.

I'll use the goal list that you provided in https://github.com/kbuzsaki/bingosync/issues/260 to add the generator myself, since that's actually slightly more convenient for me when adding entirely new games. Feel free to send a pull request afterwards if you'd like to update the goal list.
