Adding taxonomy support #33

Adding in taxonomy support - so you can tag subalbums and images, for instance, and all tags will show up together on a tags page. Surprisingly, I think this is going to work pretty well - the major problem here was that images are not present to Hugo and the taxonomy system like pages and frontmatter are... So - this is a hack - as is the rest of the theme.
