Added Jamf Pro Restricted Software bypass #87

This bypass the Jamf Pro restricted software that we setup to stop users being able to upgrade macOS before we were ready.

Enables restricted software after upgrade or erase and install process.

Thank you for your submission, however I'm not sure I want to do this in the main product. I do believe there might be an easier way to do this in general, but let me play with the idea some and think it over as I currently believe this is best handled by appropriately updating the management framework.
