Vocal player names #47

Currently the announcer is done using a UK Female Voice. For some non-English names the pronunciation isn't entirely correct. Some can be hacked though, like for example to get the Norwegian pronunciation of "Runar" you can give the text-to-voice-generator the name "Roonar" instead. Being able to set this per person could make the announcements at least much better.

It's not super important to have before the playoffs, but it's a pretty nice to have. If the effort isn't damaging other stuff it could be considered a high priority before the playoffs.
