Thanks a lot for the nice RCWA tool. Often when I use this tool I get a warning "Invalid polarization. Set as xx." that there may be a problem with the polarization I've set up.
Even though it doesn't seem to affect the results of the calculations, I still expect to know how to solve this problem, and my settings for the light source are the same as in the example.
