29 Might be fixed with the idea posted on UDM utils, I have tried the fix.

@kchristensen You happy to check this out and merge so any new users don't get caught in the restart failing?

Sorry I've been out of pocket for a bit so just getting around to getting caught up. This makes sense so let's give it a shot. I'll merge this and cut a release and we'll see how it goes. Thanks for digging in!
