Per @makedadrake 3/21

Now that we are not using separate assignments for each route and are just assigning for the District. I will need to be able to download the structure number, county, route number, x coordinate, y coordinate for the inlets that are in the big assignment to the contractor. See example for District 3 below. I need to figure out how to fill in the missing information. I have highlighted in yellow areas I have questions and information need to be adjusted, corrected or filled in. Lets talk as to what can be done. I will be available next Monday or Thursday
