Something we didn't cover in the earlier assignment phase is where to put the photos. Stakeholders want a link in the popup for any cleaned inspection to see them. I think we should copy them to somewhere on the OED_GIS drive, and then organize by Structure ID for easy linking in a popup. I'm not sure exactly where the photos should go. Any ideas, based on BMP photos go?
